Goldstream Meadows

Fourteen acres of property has been divided into 10 acres of high-density, multi-family residential, three acres of commercial space for use as a business park and one acre of park land. The diverse 52,000 square feet of commercial space on this property includes offices, parking facilities, retail and mini-storage. The residential space  includes units of multi-family living balanced with park land, which will be built along the lakefront within a densely forested areas in keeping with the mandate of preserving open space and park land to enhance the quality of life of the Goldstream Meadows residents.
