Past Project - Kettle Creek Station

Single Family Custom Homes

Langford Lake

Kettle Creek Station is a 32-acre, mixed-use residential housing site located in Langford, British Columbia, 20 minutes west of the provincial capital.

Kettle Creek (along with West Shore Warehouses and Langford Lake Landing, below) is part of the 135-acre Goldstream Meadows master planned development area which includes commercial, business and high density residential uses. Serviced by the TransCanada Highway and immediately adjacent to a future Light Rail Transit station that is scheduled to offer a daily commuter service on southern Vancouver Island from Nanaimo to Victoria on the former E&N rail line, Kettle Creek is 30 minutes from the Victoria International Airport and 40 minutes from the BC Ferries Terminal at Swartz Bay.

Offering affordably priced custom homes ($359,000 to $429,000), this fee simple subdivision will accommodate approximately 300 homes upon completion, with 140 sales to date. House construction starts immediately upon unconditional contract, and homes are completed in four to five months. The zoning also allows an additional 300 multifamily units on the site. Site servicing is constructed on a phase-by-phase basis in accordance with anticipated demand.

Local amenities include Langford Lake trails and fishing piers, Goldstream and Gowlland Tod Provincial Parks, and views of Mt. Finlayson and Skirt Mountain. Shopping centres, theatres, regional recreation and schools are all within reasonable walking distance.
