West Shore Warehouses is a 65,000 square-foot warehouse and multi-tenant facility featuring clear span steel structures with flexible floor plans. Turner Lane is the project and construction manager for the owner, Emerald Lake Homes Ltd. ("Emerald Lake"). Now complete, the buildings are fully occupied, with tenants such as Scansa Construction, Canpar (Transforce), and the Department of National Defence.

With direct access to West Shore Parkway and the Trans Canada Highway, and in anticipation of a future link to Langford Parkway, this site is ideally located.
