The Landing at Langford Lake is a nine-acre multi-family residential housing site located on the South West edge of Langford Lake in Langford, British Columbia, 20 minutes west of the provincial capital. It is the multifamily project in the Goldstream Meadows development area.

The current development model for "The Landing" is a maximum of 950 (FSR 2:1) residential units in either rental or market condominium buildings. These will be accommodated in eight residential towers. The proposed parking structure is a two-storey, above-ground parkade that will accommodate 1800 cars. The proposed Light Rapid Transit station will be physically linked to this site.
